How does the Livd 1:1 Coaching work?

Once you sign up, you’ll schedule an initial discovery call to determine your goals (e.g., divorce recovery, rebuilding your identity, co-parenting strategy). Then we craft a personalized coaching plan with sessions, homework, and check-ins.

What makes Livd different from other divorce coaching services?

We specialize in break-up (because you don’t have to be married to be in a “situation”) and divorce support for Black and Brown women, ensuring culturally aligned guidance.

  • Our tone is conversational, real and energized — not clinical or corporate.

  • We blend community + coaching + content, so you’re not doing this alone.

  • The “Livvies” membership creates an ongoing connection, not just one-off sessions.

  • We get it, fr, fr!

What will I get from becoming a Livd member?
